Caitlin has a little girl spending the night, and I made them. The little girl is IN LOVE with these pancakes--so much so that she requested them for breakfast. Ha! They taste like regular pancakes to me. If you DO make them, leave out 1 egg. Mine were too runny and I had to compensate. :)
Notice the slight green tint? These are Saturday Spinach and Sour Cream Pancakes. They rock.
I haven't gotten up the courage to try those yet, sound good though!
