4th of July
We didn't do a whole lot this 4th of July, but what we did do was fun! We went over to Mimi and Pappaw's house for a hotdog lunch complete with homemade ice cream furnished by Grandma Duke. Let me tell you, there is no finer a meal than that!! :) Momma, Caroline, and Christian haven't felt the best today. We are all battling some sinus/cold-like issues and Christian is still trying to get over strep throat. That is why we didn't go see the fireworks or anything spectacular like that. We went home from lunch, took really long naps, went and got a car wash, and then stopped by Burger King for some dinner. As I write this, I can hear the fireworks going off in John Stiff Park. We have a great view of them from our bedroom window. That's all to report from the Haskell household. I hope everyone had a blessed and safe 4th of July!
