It's A Boy!
My long time friend, Melanie (Swopes) Lyons, gave birth to her 1st child yesterday evening at 6:58pm. His name is Jacob Eugene, and he was 7lbs. 6oz. and 20 inches long. We have been waiting for baby Jacob's appearance for SO LONG. Melanie was actually due on April 30th, but as you see, it took him a lot longer to decide he wanted to come. Mom and baby are doing great, and I will post a pic as soon as I get one!
