Quick Quack = Quick Cry
I took the minivan (AKA: mom mobile) to the Quick Quack Car Wash today. It was about time she had a bath--the windshield was filled with bug juice from a recent trip to Memphis. Anywho, as we were scooting through the beginning part of the wash, Caroline flipped out. She was wild-eyed, pucker-lipped, and shaking. She burst into tears at the point where the big flaps come down and wash over the vehicle. With Caroline screaming, Christian talking, and Caitlin laughing at Caroline, it was quite the trip. Maybe I should just do it the old-fashioned way next time--by hand! That way we avoid any unnecessary trauma to the smallest Haskell. Sheesh!

John too! I reached my hand in back to calm him down and he put a death hold on my hand! So...now he is spoiled...he gets to ride on my lap when we drive through - he still holds tight!
Poor baby! Just drive through when John's home and leave the Post-traumatic car wash victim at home...
The girls do the same thing....the big kids always have loved getting to go through the carwash, but M&M flip=out.
Poor baby! Alexis doesn't mind it so far but things change!
