GO CAITLIN!
I feel like alot of times, Caitlin doesn't get as much "blog time" as the 2 smaller children---so I have to share this. I took her to her 1st Kids Inc. volleyball practice last night and she was AMAZING! Caitlin hasn't ever picked up a volleyball before, but you wouldn't have known it by watching. I dropped her off at the gym and ran some errands for the 1st half of the practice. When I returned to watch the 2nd half, one of the moms asked me if Caitlin had played before. I told her no, and she was shocked. She said Caitlin had an arm on her that just didn't stop...the girl can serve like no other! Not only that, she can get bump balls back over that no one else can get. As I watched the practice game that the girls were playing, I was totally impressed by the whole team. Several of the girls have played before, so that will definitely be to our advantage. They are gonna be great!! Let me just say, I am so glad we chose to let Caitlin try volleyball. She is definitely going to be a natural. I guess it also helps that she is head & shoulders taller than anyone else on the team. :) Her 1st game is November 9th, so I'll have to post some pics then. Cait told me on the way home that she never wants to play soccer again---she wants to play volleyball from now on! GO CAITLIN!! Momma is so proud of you!!

Way to go Cait! That's awesome!!
YEAH!!! THat is so fun to watch your children excel at something like that!
Sweet! Plus, lots of times volleyball is INDOORS! Yippe! Tell her that we can't wait to see pics of her first game!
Sheridan--the first thing John mentioned was the fact that it was indoors. He said, "Now she won't complain about the hot weather and running so much like she did with soccer. All she has to do is stand there and occasionally hit the ball--in the air conditioned building!" LOL
Yeah! I am so glad Caitlin found a sport she loves. I don't blame her for not wanting to play in the hot sun, I prefer air conditioning too!
