While trying to decide what my resolutions for 2008 will be, I Googled and found what the top 10 New Year's Resolutions are. I found them interesting, and I admit that the majority of them sound exactly like mine. Here they are:
1. Spend more time with family and friends
2. Fit in fitness (fit it into your schedule in other words)
3. Tame the bulge
4. Quit smoking
5. Enjoy life more
6. Quit drinking
7. Get out of debt
8. Learn something new
9. Help others
10. Get organized
My Googling led me to another discovery--a page with tips on how to keep those resolutions we make:
1. Aim low so you aren't doomed from the start
2. Don't overload yourself
3. Tell them to everyone you know so you have help if you need it
4. Reward yourself when you accomplish them
5. Wait until spring to start--May 1st is a great alternate date--since the change in the season can help
Alright, so with all of that said, I am still no closer to a complete list of New Year's Resolutions. I guess I'll be posting them sometime around May 1st then! Ha!
