I was cleaning out the storage closet the other day when I found Christian's old booster chair. Thinking that he might want to use it (or that possibly Caroline would be interested in using it), I cleaned it up and strapped it to the dining room chair. By that evening, Caroline had discovered it. At first, she used the booster as a toy, buckling her babies in it. When she finally figured out that it was a cool chair to sit in herself, she claimed it as hers. I have been trying to make her sit in her high chair to eat, especially if it's something messy, but she's not having any of that. She wants the booster and the booster ONLY. Every time she wants a snack or eats a meal, she runs to it and says, "Momma---buckle!" That is the wonderful part of the booster--the buckle holds her down and she can't get out. Big plus! I guess she just felt it was time to upgrade to a big girl seat and leave the baby seat behind. *sigh* She's getting way to big for her britches if you ask me!
