Update Time and Sittin' Pretty

I like to do this kind of post every now and then, just to give an update on everyone in the household...here it goes!

Caitlin--She is doing great in school and really enjoying her year. We signed her up for volleyball, and the first game is November 9th. She is very excited, and I hope she likes it. John took her to the gym on Saturday while the younger two kids and I took naps. Cait got to actually do a cardio workout with him, and she did great! She keeps asking to go back and work out again...I love her enthusiasm and wish I had the same. :)

Christian--He has been really working on his colors and ABC's lately. Everywhere we go, he points to things to "quiz" us on the colors, just in case we forget them. He recently found a deck of Baby Uno Cards in his room, and he is crazy about them! We play several games of Uno everyday. We are looking to get Christian in to a gymnastics class this fall at Amarillo College, so hopefully he will use up some of that energy!

Caroline--She continues to grow and get into things. The other day, she and Christian discovered that pots & wooden spoons make great music...that is, until the wooden spoons became weapons. Caroline is very interactive with Christian and definitely gives him a run for his money. She sprouted 3 new teeth in the last month as well. I swear, by her 1st birthday, she's going to have all of the teeth in her head! I am including a picture at the bottom of Caroline's newest discovery---chairs. She has 2 that are just short enough for her to sit on, and she will stay occupied for a good hour just sitting and getting up.

John--He is trying to finish up all of his schoolwork. As it stands, he will have everything completed at the end of November and finally have his Bachelor's! Yeah! Next month, instead of working so much at BSA, he will be teaching some of the EMT classes at Amarillo College in the evening. I am excited that he's doing this, so that way he can come home at night and I'm not stuck sleeping alone!

Me--I have been furiously sewing for the first craft show of the year, the Sharing Hope Ministries Craft Show being held at the Civic Center on October 6th and 7th. Later this week, I will post all of the information about it in case any of you want to come check out the booth. As most of you know, Misty is my partner in crime when it comes to craft shows. We have a great time, and would love to see any and all of you there!

I hope you all have a wonderful week!

It sounds like everyone is keeping very busy. The kids are growing up so fast. Can't wait to see you at the craft show.
