Decisions, Decisions

Hello all in bloggerland! Thank you so much for reading and commenting on our site. We LOVE to get feedback and hope that you are all having a blessed day.
(I don't ever address you readers, and many apologies for not doing so before now)
Ok, so this is the thing. I've got some stuff in the works, and I'm gonna share just a tidbit of it here...there will be more later I assure you. :)
First of all, I went and toured a Mother's Day Out (MDO-for short) program at More Church (right behind the United on Tascosa Road--great little church!) to see if it was a place I'd be interested in taking Christian to this fall. I have been calling around to different preschools and MDO's for about a month now, and I hadn't stumbled upon anything that was screaming a confirmation at me. Preschools are so darn expensive these days, and I just wanted Christian to have some exposure to other children his age, as well as get him semi-ready for kindergarten next year. I had actually given up on looking for a place, simply because I thought I had exhausted all options. THEN, this place presents itself.....
*This is where I insert what was REALLY running through my mind*
Here were my thoughts:
#1: We wouldn't be able to afford any preschool or MDO right now
#2: I wouldn't find anything small enough to be comfortable with
#3: Given the location of More Church, I didn't think it would be something we could do right now, being as our house hasn't sold and the contingent contract to buy the house in Belmar is expiring on August 21st
#4: With gas being so expensive, it would be insane to drive to the North side of town 4 days a week (Sun. & Wed. for church, Tues. & Thurs. for this)
Needless to say, I had a great time visiting the facilities today. One word sums it up--AMAZING. The woman running the program (Natalie) is just a sweet, sweet spirit. The classes are going to be small right now (considering it's brand new), it won't start until Sept. 2nd, and the cost is comparable if not cheaper than alot of other MDO's around town. Christian would go from 9am-2pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
For some reason, something in my being just knew this was the one. I was able to pay the registration fee right then and there, fill out the paperwork, and basically get everything in order for Christian to attend.
I know in my knower that God has set this place in our path for a reason. He WILL work out all things for our good, no matter if we can see that now or not. I believe that we will be moved and ready to hit the ground running by Sept. 1st. Why do I think that? No clue...just believing it. Christian will be with godly teachers, other children his age, and in a safe/fun environment. I want him to branch out and see that there is so much more to this great big world other than Momma and baby Caroline. :)
Please--if you think about it---pray for our family over the next few weeks. We are all excited and anticipating a great overhaul in things. Yeah for change!
